After Franky refuses Luffy's offer to join the crew, Nico Robin volunteers to "persuade" him. Iceburg reminds Franky that his dream will not be fulfilled unless he is on the ship to aid it until it reaches its goal. After many reflections of his past, Franky decides to join Luffy and gives an emotional goodbye to his followers on Water 7. But right before Franky gets on board, Sanji and Zolo inform the crew that Garp has come back to the island to arrest them.
