There, they meet Rina and Sayo, two sisters whose father left them a notebook that contains the secret to producing a gem. Then Foxy the Silver Fox shows up and tries to take the notebook away from the girls, only to be stopped by Luffy's new crewmen, Franky and Brook. But Foxy isn't the only one after the notebook. Doran, the Spa Island's manager, kidnaps Sayo and demands the secret contained in the notebook.
