After departing Thriller Bark, the Straw Hat Pirates are stuck in a lull. Brook is amazed and awed by the adventures that his new crewmates have been through, and he becomes worried that he is not worth being a part of their crew. He tries to be helpful, only to have everything backfire in his face. But Robin tells him her story, and Luffy reassures him not to worry. Then Brook begins to feel happy and peaceful for the first time in decades.
