Bird Registration and Street Food

Poultry enthusiasts welcome new rules to register all birds in Wales, and the Ceredigion street food business now taking on the best in Europe with a unique Welsh pasta dish.

Bird Registration - from Tuesday, October 1st it will become a legal requirement for all bird keepers in Wales (and England) to register themselves with the Animal and Plant Health Agency.

Chef Derw Robertson-Jacobs to hear about the secret to his success of using local Welsh ingredients combined with Italian cuisine.

If you are in charge of the day-to-day care of birds, including any you keep as pets, then you are a bird keeper. It may be compulsory for you to register as a bird keeper. 
For those wishing to visit this year's Welsh National Poultry Show it's taking place on Saturday 5th-Sunday 6th October at the County Showground, Haverfordwest.
