Sanji wakes up on Momoiro Island and finds a beautiful woman named Elizabeth tending to his wounds. She runs away bashfully, and Sanji looks for her house to give her back her handkerchief. When he arrives there, he finds out to his horror that Elizabeth is a transvestite, much like the rest of the island鈥檚 inhabitants.
