Luffy and the Straw Hats are greeted by fishmen Hammond, Kasagon, and Hyouzou. Hammond asks Luffy if he will join the New Fishman Pirates, and Luffy flatly refuses. They use Coup de Burst to fly past them and into Fishman Island but get separated after the second layer of the bubble coating the island. Luffy, Chopper, Usopp, and Sanji are rescued by mermaids and are taken to Keimi鈥檚 apartment. Keimi introduces them to her mermaid friends, and Sanji is moved beyond words. Meanwhile, Hammond reports Luffy鈥檚 arrival to his boss, Hody, who orders them to bring Luffy to him.
