The fishmen think Shirahoshi has been kidnapped by Luffy and bind him, Sanji, Chopper, and Hachi with rope. Decken comes flying on a coral, and Luffy unleashes Haki to knock out the fishmen so that he can fight Decken and protect Shirahoshi. He easily defeats Decken, and he and Shirahoshi continue their trek toward the Sea Forest. At Ryugu Palace, Neptune tells his men that he is going to surrender the palace to Hody, meet up with the princes, and bide their time for a new battle. Nami and Keimi are on their way to the Sea Forest to see Jinbe, who Nami believes knows all about Hody and his plot. Zoro faces off against Hody underwater, and when he is almost out of breath and all seems hopeless, he takes him down with one-sword technique Lion鈥檚 Song.
