Dougie visits a wildlife site just a stone鈥檚 throw from Glasgow city centre. He finds out how Claypits local nature reserve transformed from industrial wasteland to become a thriving inner city parkland with help from some of the passionate people who care for it.

Rosie is in Fife, where she finds out how a nursery business is sustainably growing trees for the future, while Cammy is in Orkney to meet some hardy Shetland Cheviot sheep.

Further north, Anne catches up with the Shetland chef who swapped Mumbai for Lerwick. Together, they cook up some of the best local seafood for a fusion feast. And in Royal Deeside, Dougie works some wood with the furniture maker raising awareness about the plight of the ash tree.
