Fukaboshi reveals over the speakers that the New Fish-Man Pirates are empty enemies without substance whose hatred lacks experience and will. Hordy reminisces about his childhood and about how he admired Arlong. Arlong had encouraged Hordy and his friends to hate humans, and Hordy decided to dedicate his life to killing humans. Back in the present, Fukaboshi realizes that he had overlooked the dark emotions of the Fish-Men District and that he should had fought his own negative emotions toward humans before doing anything. Believing that Fish-Man Island will be destroyed by their own grudge toward humans, he says that they don鈥檛 need a past anymore and implores Luffy to bring everything back to zero. Meanwhile, the guards in the air tank shoot out a bubble toward the Noah and manage to surround it with air.
