Hordy is finally defeated by Luffy, but the Noah still keeps falling toward Fish-Man Island. Luffy refuses to give up and keeps unleashing Elephant Gatling at the giant ship hoping to destroy it before it crashes down. The citizens start to flee, but many of them decide to stay back and cheer Luffy on. As destroying the Noah is the only way to save Fish-Man Island, Neptune silently apologizes to a man named Joy Boy with whom he vowed to keep it safe until the promised day. Then Shirahoshi tells Luffy to stop attacking the ship as it has stopped falling. Luffy sees enormous Sea Kings stopping it before he passes away from fatigue. The Sea Kings tells Shirahoshi that they were summoned by her strong will to protect the island.
