Luffy insists on going to the island, and the other Straw Hats draw straws to see who will accompany him. Zoro, Robin, and Usopp are chosen, and Nami creates a pathway over the burning sea with her Clima Takt for them. Luffy and his group arrive on the island and find a locked gate with the World Government and the Marines insignias. Zoro slashes the gate open, and they begin to explore the island. Then they run into a dragon.
