Caesar was arrested for developing the weapon but escaped and has not been seen since. Meanwhile, Brownbeard, captured by Luffy, tells the Straw Hats how Punk Hazard used to be an island full of life before Vegapunk's failed experiment and how Master (Caesar Clown) saved his and the other centaurs' lives and how Law gave them the ability to walk again.
