When Caesar is about to finish him off with Gastanet, Luffy arrives and stops the attack. Caesar tells Luffy the secret about Punk Hazard. He also reveals that he and Doflamingo are producing artificial Zoan Devil Fruits and selling them to one of the Four Emperors, who is putting together an army of Zoans. Caesar dares Luffy to pick a fight with such powerful people, and Luffy punches Caesar, telling him that he's picked countless of fights before.
