Luffy and Dugong blast Breed away, and they return safely to the Sunny with Caesar in captivity. After saying goodbye to Dugong and his Sea Animal Pirates, the Straw Hats and Law start heading once again to Dressrosa. When the morning newspaper is delivered, they find out that Doflamingo has resigned from the Seven Warlords and abdicated his throne in Dressrosa. They also discover that Eustass Kid, Scratchmen Apoo, and Basil Hawkins have also formed a pirate alliance.
