Jools welcomes to the show South Shields singer Jade, also known as Jade Thirlwall, who makes her debut as a solo artist for the first time on TV with such numbers as her breakout solo record Angel of My Dreams and her upcoming new single Fantasy; Stockport band Blossoms, who perform two songs from their latest album, Gary; saxophonist, composer and bandleader Nubya Garcia with the track Triumphance from her album Odyssey; folk singer-songwriter Laura Marling with a couple of songs from her album Patterns in Repeat; and Dublin five-piece Gurriers, making their debut on the show with a track from their album Come and See.
Jools also chats at the piano with legendary Queen drummer Roger Taylor to celebrate 50 years of the band鈥檚 groundbreaking 1973 debut album, which has been remixed, remastered and expanded in a new collector鈥檚 edition entitled Queen I. Jools and Roger also perform a John Lennon classic track.
