As Luffy and Don Chinjao鈥檚 battle continues, Chinjao tells Luffy the reason for his hatred toward Garp. Thirty years ago, when Chinjao was still a pirate, he had a drill-shaped head. It was the only thing that could break the Crystal Ice Sheet under which he stored all his treasures, but during a fight with Garp, his head was flattened. Chinjao also remarks that the Marines made a smart move by executing Ace and that Luffy could never become the Pirate King. Luffy gets furious and attacks Chinjao with Gum Gum Thor Elephant Gun, which accidently reproduces the drill on Chinjao鈥檚 head. Chinjao is knocked off the ring, and Luffy wins Block C.
