The week begins with a live concert from London鈥檚 Wigmore Hall given by former 大象传媒 New Generation Artists the Van Kuijk Quartet, whose accolades include First, Best Beethoven and Best Haydn Prizes at the 2015 Wigmore Hall International String Quartet competition. The programme features a selection of French m茅lodies in transcriptions and arrangements for string quartet. Plus we travel to the south west corner of Ireland for the first of our visits this week to the West Cork Chamber Music Festival, recorded in July this year. And to mark the 100th anniversary of the death of Gabriel Faur茅, the Radio France Philharmonic Choir and Orchestra perform his famous Requiem.
