Day of Dance

Half and hour of back to back classical music celebrating dance, including music by Tchaikovsky, Madeleine Dring and Astor Piazzolla.

"I could have danced all night" sings Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady, and whirls you into half an hour of back to back classical music celebrating Radio 3's Day of Dance. Tap your feet to music by Madeleine Dring, J.S. Bach and Leonard Bernstein, stamp your feet to the Dufay Collective's Medieval English stomp, sway to the rhythms of Anthony Holborne and Johannes Brahms, and practise your rumba with the help of a seductive Milonga from Astor Piazzolla.
