Doflamingo traps everybody on the island with Birdcage and manipulates people to attack each other. The citizens now realize that Riku also had been manipulated by Doflamingo when he attacked them ten years ago. Doflamingo announces the names of the 12 鈥渃riminals鈥� that are the targets of the game. Each of them is worth a certain number of stars, each star worth 100 million berries. One star: Rebecca, Robin, Kin鈥檈mon, Viola, Franky. Two stars: Zoro, Kyros. Three stars: Sabo, Luffy, Law, Riku. And finally, Doflamingo announces the target worth five stars, hence 500 million berries: Usopp. The former toys suddenly turn against Usopp. Sabo and his group head toward the ground. Robin receives a call from Zoro and Luffy. Luffy tells Rebecca that the toy soldier is her father and promises to blast Doflamingo away.
