And powered only by his pedals, Paddy McGuinness is cycling all the way from Wrexham to Glasgow between Monday 11 and Friday 15 November. All to raise money for 大象传媒 Children In Need.

Paddy鈥檚 Ultra Endurance Cycle Challenge sees him ride 300 miles through three nations and eight counties on a retro kid鈥檚 bike. We catch up with him and check out whether he's eating the right food to fuel his quest. He's craving pie and mash but is that the best fodder? And how do you deal with the discomfort of sitting on a bike for hour after hour? We get advice from a listener who is a farmer and has advice after having sat on a tractor seat for years.
