On the second level, Cavendish fights Gladius while Bartolomeo puts up his barrier to protect Robin, who is on her way up to the sunflower field. When Dellinger is about to join Gladius, he is attacked by Ideo, who is already badly wounded from a previous battle. Dellinger, who is half Fighting Fish, attacks back, and Ideo is no match against him, but he is determined to at least buy time for Luffy. After Dellinger defeats Ideo, he goes up to the third level where Gladius and his men are being attacked by Hakuba. Watching Hakuba easily take down Dellinger, Bartolomeo notices that he is wearing Cavendish鈥檚 clothes but has a completely different face. He wonders who this enemy is and remembers the same incident during the tournament at the colosseum. To his dismay, Hakuba starts going after Robin, but Robin stops him using her ability.
