A flashback reveals how Law was shot by Doflamingo. Doflamingo told Law that he will grant him one wish if he would perform the Perennial Youth Operation on him. Law mocked Doflamingo by saying he wants Corazon to be revived, which provoked Doflamingo鈥檚 wrath. Doflamingo lost his cool and shot Law repeatedly. In the present, Luffy appears before Doflamingo, ready for a face off against him, but is shocked when he sees Law鈥檚 dead body. Doflamingo, claiming he will end the game now, starts making the Birdcage shrink and cut into the island. As Luffy is about to attack Doflamingo, he hears Law鈥檚 voice telling him to listen carefully.
