Cavendish steps in to protect Robin and Law from Doflamingo鈥檚 attack and calls upon Bartolomeo to help them get off the plateau. As Cavendish carries Law to lower ground, Law stops him and says he wants to stay either to watch Luffy beat Doflamingo or get killed with Luffy by Doflamingo. Cavendish and the dwarves decide to stay on the plateau with Law. On top of the palace, Luffy and Doflamingo鈥檚 battle continues. Doflamingo tells Luffy that there is only one more hour until the Birdcage closes completely, killing everybody on the island. A furious Luffy activates Gear Fourth.
