Having used up his Haki in Gear 4, Luffy is debilitated and immobile until Gatz, the announcer from the colosseum, comes to his rescue. Luffy tells him he needs 10 minutes to restore his Haki and promises to take down Doflamingo with one more blow. Gatz calls upon the other contestants from the tournament to stall Doflamingo while he carries Luffy on his back to flee from Doflamingo. They are subsequently attacked by Burgess, but Sabo comes to their rescue. While Sabo takes on Burgess, Luffy and Gatz make a getaway, but Doflamingo鈥檚 awakened strings come after them.
