Luffy easily overpowers Bill and sends him plummeting down into a mine. There, Bill is reminded by Tanaka that he should not disappoint 鈥淭he Monster of the New World.鈥� Bill becomes desperate and starts eating large amounts of ore, which he melts and releases across Silver Mine. He is nonetheless defeated by Luffy and Bartolomeo, and the island sinks. As Luffy and the others set off for Zo, a man named Gild Tesoro, who has power equal to the Celestial Dragons, is informed of Bill鈥檚 defeat and remarks that the real entertainment is just about the start.
