Hamza Yassin
Wildlife cameraman Hamza Yassin is a cautious cook, so he joins Mary to learn some fuss-free recipes. In turn, he gives Mary a safari tour and teaches her some photography skills.
Wildlife cameraman and presenter Hamza Yassin is a cautious cook who knows more about preparing food for animals than humans, so he's looking for some fuss-free dishes to expand his culinary horizons. He鈥檚 often away for work and lives alone, so he wants recipes that are easy and nourishing after a busy day filming. He is also hopeful that learning to cook will impress a potential girlfriend, and Mary is happy to help.
She teaches him simple halibut with clam sauce, an effortless one-pot, slow-cooked rugby lamb stew, a creamy and warming mushroom pappardelle and a decadent chocolate cake that's perfect for impressing a love interest. To thank Mary for the cooking lesson, Hamza gives her a tour of a safari park, teaching her about the many incredible animals in the reserve and the conservation efforts of the park.
