Determined not to lose, Luffy attacks Katakuri with major techniques, but Katakuri easily staves him off. Meanwhile on the Sunny, Brook and Chopper learn of Pedro鈥檚 self-sacrifice. They are devastated and blame themselves for his death. Jimbei remarks that Pedro was prepared to give up his life and that they should honor his wish and keep moving forward. His words spur on the grieving crew, and they keep heading to Cacao Island. However, they see Big Mom closing in on them. Perospero is also alive, despite losing his right arm in Pedro鈥檚 explosion.
