Brian Connolly is a multi-media artist whose works often relate to ‘place’ or context. He employs a wide range of artistic processes, including performance art, public sculpture, installation art, and collaborative projects. He is a founding member of Bbeyond and has been making an impact creatively and socially since the 1980’s. Laura McLoughlin, formerly a web journalist and editor, currently works as a Digital PR Executive, talks about the inspiration behind her debut novel ‘The Many Ghosts of Donahue Byrnes’. And Foyle Film Festival is back for the 37th year, running from 22nd – 1st December, with a massive programme bringing together expertise in film, music, creative learning and culture.
