Tom Service with live recordings and interviews from this year's Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival including featured composer Wadada Leo Smith

Tom Service reports from this year's Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival, with interviews and live recordings from across this 10-day international event. Tonight, music for string quartet by featured composer Wadada Leo Smith; we'll hear the fruits of a collaboration between GBSR Duo (UK) and Twenty Fingers Duo (Lithuania), as well as pieces from Finland's defunensemble and Berlin's Harmonic Space Orchestra, a collective who take their name from a theoretical concept by the American composer James Tenney.
