Onboard the Dressrosa ship, Koby sees the newspaper article on Luffy and reminisces about their encounter. He tries to hide his affection for Luffy, an enemy to the Navy, but Rebecca and Leo see right through him. Meanwhile, the Four Emperors also read about Luffy, each of them showing a different reaction. On the Sunny sailing toward Wano Country, Luffy is inconsolably shocked and depressed that his bounty has been lowered to 150 million berries, but Brook, who counts the zeroes properly, informs everybody that it has been, in fact, raised to 1.5 billion.
