At Red Port, Stelly, Sabo鈥檚 adoptive brother and the new king of Goa Kingdom, approaches Garp, who is unfazed by Stelly鈥檚 condescending attitude toward him. Stelly tells Garp that he hopes to become a Celestial Dragon one day and is shocked by Garp鈥檚 disgust. Sabo watches Stelly from the shadows and reminisces about his childhood. Sabo, Ace, and Luffy met in Gray Terminal of Goa Kingdom with a shared dream of becoming pirates and took an oath to become brothers. Sabo ran away from home and set sail on his own. However, he was attacked by a Celestial Dragon and almost died if Dragon hadn鈥檛 saved him. On the other hand, Luffy and Ace thought Sabo had died and were devastated, but they renewed their determination to live freely as pirates and set sail when they turned 17. Back in the present, Shirahoshi is onboard the Bondola headed up the Red Line to Marijoa. She is awestruck by the beauty of the land above the ground and tells her family that she would like to live here one day. Sabo is also onboard disguised as Stelly鈥檚 guard.
