Stelly looks at it hungrily, hoping to sit in it one day as the king of the world. Meanwhile, in the Socializing Plaza, Saint Charles orders his slave to capture Shirahoshi. Although incensed, King Neptune and her brothers hesitate to help her as they might offend the Celestial Dragon. Leo, unable to hold himself back, takes off to save Shirahoshi, and Sai follows suit. But they are stopped by Rob Lucci, who has arrived with the other members of Cipher Pol 0. When King Neptune decides to give up on his kingdom鈥檚 alliance with the World Government to save his daughter, the Celestial Dragon is attacked by a fellow Celestial Dragon, Saint Mjosgard. Mjosgard apologizes to Neptune on Charles鈥� behalf and reintroduces himself as the man who Otohime saved on Fishman Island ten years ago.
