Hawkins manipulates the Strawman to attack Luffy and Zoro as they rush to take O-Tama to a doctor. Zoro fights back and defeats the giant monster. Then O-Tsuru, the woman Zoro saved earlier, comes out of Komachiyo鈥檚 tail and introduces herself. She suggests that they take O-Tama to her tea house where she has medicinal herbs that will cure her symptoms. At the tea house, O-Kiku, the tea house poster girl, gets accosted by Urashima, a famous and arrogant sumo wrestler. O-Tsuru returns, and Luffy starts preparing the medicinal herbs for O-Tama. Meanwhile, Bepo, Shachi, and Penguin of the Heart Pirates spot Luffy and Zoro at the tea house and head to their captain to inform him of the Straw Hat鈥檚 presence in Wano Country.
