O-Kiku, who carries a sword and tells Luffy and Zoro that she is a samurai, explains that the abductors are probably working for a headliner and are taking O-Tama to Bakura Town where officials and pirates thrive. In Bakura Town, O-Tama is taken to Holdem, a headliner who has a live lion on his stomach. Holdem asks O-Tama how she tamed the violent baboon, and when she refuses, he threatens to tear her cheek off with a pair of pliers. Luffy and the others arrive at Bakura Town but are confronted at the gate by a group of ronins and Gifters.
