In Ebisu Town, Tonoyasu visits the Straw Hats鈥� hideout with the secret message from Flower Capital and speaks of Kin鈥檈mon and the others in a way that suggests he knows them well. Nami and Usopp also learn that his daughter, Toko, sends him all her earnings with which he supports the villagers. At the Prisoner Mine, Raizo and Caribou pay a visit to Luffy and Hyo during the night. Caribou claims he has mended his ways and begs Luffy to let him be his underling. Hyo learns about the return of Kin鈥檈mon and the others to Wano Country and joins the rebellion. In Flower Capital, Ushimitsu Kozo, the thief who steals from the rich and shares his loot with the poor, turns out to be Tonoyasu.
