She becomes enraged when Luffy unwittingly admits to finishing it and reveals that she wanted to take the oshiruko back to the people of Okobore Town who were so nice to her. Big Mom attacks Luffy and Old Man Hyo, who almost fall out of the ring with their deadly collars. The desperate Luffy accidentally activates Ryuo, the Wano version of Haki, and tears his and Hyo鈥檚 collars off. Hyo refuses to run away and asks Luffy to protect him from Big Mom before he forgets the feel of the attack.
