Zoro follows Gyukimaru to a dilapidated hut in Ringo but loses him. Kawamatsu tells Hiyori about his encounter with Onimaru, the pet fox of the late daimyo of Ringo, and how he and the fox hid the swords from the Eternal Graves where the citizens of Ringo are buried with their swords. Thirteen years ago before he was arrested in Flower Capital, Kawamatsu also called himself Gyukimaru of Oihagi Bridge to rob weapons from passersby. He finds the secret underground chamber still full of swords and informs Kin鈥檈mon that they have enough weapons for every samurai who will fight with them in the big battle. It is revealed that Gyukimaru is Onimaru the fox, who continued their mission while Kawamatsu was incarcerated. Meanwhile, Hiyori asks Zoro to return Shusui to Wano Country in return for Enma, the great sword that her father left her.
