The Rocks Pirates led by Rocks D. Xebec included powerful pirates including Whitebeard, Big Mom, and Kaido. They were said to be the world鈥檚 strongest and most dangerous pirates of their time until they were defeated in God Valley by an alliance between Garp and Roger. Rocks鈥� name and the incident have all but been erased from history because of the World Government鈥檚 intervention, the reluctance of Whitebeard, Big Mom, and Kaido to talk about their past relationship, and Garp鈥檚 embarrassment about forming an alliance with a pirate.
