Mary invites star of The Repair Shop and antique furniture restorer Will Kirk to join her for some cooking in the great outdoors. Will has just moved house, and for the first time has his own garden. He鈥檚 planning plenty of alfresco cooking and wants Mary鈥檚 top tips for hosting a delicious foolproof barbecue.

Mary rises to the occasion with a range of impressive dishes, from spiced roasted cashews and poker chips, chargrilled halloumi Salad, miso sesame trout, sriracha chicken wings, party cheesecake with manga and passionfruit salsa, and honeydew fruit salad.

Mary is a huge fan of The Repair Shop and is delighted when Will brings her a handmade gift with a personal dedication. As well as cooking together, they relax in the sunshine to chat about Will鈥檚 childhood memories of food. And Mary can鈥檛 let Will leave without learning some of his woodworking skills, and after walking in the woods, Will knows just what to teach her.
