Yotam Ottolenghi creates a set of festive sides, including Brussels sprouts with black garlic, mushrooms with za鈥檃tar, and carrots with dill and yoghurt. Theo Randall rustles up a duck ragu, before Sarit and Itamar make aubergine the star of the show with a Middle Eastern Christmas makeover.
