On the Performance Floor of Onigashima, Queen鈥檚 new Excite Bullets turn samurais into frozen ogres that blindly attack each other. The Straw Hats are at a loss since they don鈥檛 want to attack their allies. As Luffy and Sanji head to the roof of the dome, they are confronted by a Headliner called Briscola, who has a gorilla growing out of his left arm. Jimbei joins Luffy and Sanji, and they keep heading to the roof. On the mainland, the people of Wano enjoy the Fire Festival and hope for a brighter future. Back on Onigashima, the Akazayas stand around an unconscious Kaido. When they are about to deliver the final blow to finish him off, Kaido wakes up and attacks them with wind blades, one of which severs Kiku鈥檚 left arm.
