Paula McIntyre is in the kitchen cooking up a one pot wonder to feed the family across the festive period with a Coleraine Korma special served with lemon rice. She鈥檒l also make sweet Baci biscuits with a caramel chocolate cream. Mixologist Ashley Douglas is on hand to give a masterclass in festive drinks from cocktails to mocktails, Guests include author Jan Carson, Olympian medallists Hannah Scott and Phillip Doyle, Saintfield鈥檚 own Irish triathlon champion Tom Williamson and pianist Clara Tracey. John kicks off the countdown to Christmas with lots of singing, dancing and festive cheer.
