Saliha Mahmood Ahmed has three winning breakfast dishes to brighten up any morning, while Tony Singh has a lamb burger packed with spiced onions, aloo pakora and a juicy lamb patty.
Ching-He Huang fires up her wok for a healthier version of the takeout classic General Tso鈥檚 chicken before Shauna Froydenlund makes an incredible dessert of spiced rum pain perdu.
