Tom’s Mum’s Bungalow’s Garage’s New Year’s Day Celebrity Extravaganza returns for 2025. Popping his heated slippers on, Tom Price lifts the creaky garage door once again to welcome in a host of festive guests who give their best anecdotes of the past year – and look ahead to 2025.

In this daring, ground-breaking format (completely lifted from last year’s show), Tom Price spends three hours catching up with friends, friends of friends and comedians pretending to be his friends, to find out what their most memorable moment of 2024 was.

Crucially, these memories are not the kind of Round Robin note you find folded inside a Christmas card. We’re not interested in work projects or house renovations. We’re not after an update on how the kids are and we definitely don’t care about how the golf trip to Portugal went….

Unless… that golf trip involves a fantastic tale of lost passports, mistaken identity and a short spell in a foreign prison. Because what we do want, what we are unapologetically harvesting, is their best stories from their year. They can be funny, frank, moving, poignant, incredible, lucky or completely random. Think bumping into your absolute idol and THEM asking YOU for a selfie; finding love in the form of the project manager of your home renovation; or somehow losing your only transport in the middle of the Gobi desert, whilst obliviously chatting away about how well the trip is going.

Once we have pillaged our now slightly chilly guests for their juiciest 2024 stories, we’ll find out what 2025 hold for them. Can this shiny new year ever hope to beat the glorious one we’ve just waved off?
