EP 23 - Our People Pleasing episode, with Lizzie Moult

People pleasing can lead to burnout and resentment.

If you're a people-pleaser, you might be known for doing whatever it takes to make others happy. Although being kind and helpful is generally a good thing, going too far to please others can leave you burnt-out. Holistic cognitive behavioural therapist, Lizzie Moult joins Vinny Hurrell and Cate Conway to talk about what defines a people pleaser, the traits and the impacts.
