He talks to Enter Shikari's Rou Reynolds a year since their groundbreaking arena tour in which 拢1 from every ticket sold went to supporting grassroots music venues. The policy, creating in association with The Music Venues Trust has since been adopted by other arena and stadium-sized acts like Coldplay, Sam Fender and Katy Perry, as well as becoming UK Government policy that every ticket sold at an arena or stadium should contain a financial contribution that supports Grassroots Music Venues, artists and promoters.
Plus Huw is joined by Matt Everitt who has been looking into the brighter stories from independent venues and local live music scenes to see what we can learn from recent success stories.
We also hear the story of a venue who is taking part in this year's Independent Venue Week. Today it's Grayston Unity in Halifax who are champions of independent live music in their area.
