The woman behind multi award winning TV series ‘Derry Girls’ – Lisa McGee - wrote ‘Being a Derry Girl is a state of mind’, but what is it about the small city that has produced some outstanding female talent? Singer Dana became a teenage singing sensation when she won the Eurovision song contest in 1970 with her song ‘All Kinds of Everything'. It propelled her to stardom and sharing the stage with the likes of David Bowie on Top of the pops before venturing into politics later in her life. She joins Anna Curran to talk success, struggle and what she believes makes a Derry Girl.
