Tess Jackson began learning the piano and violin aged six and was inspired to start conducting aged fourteen. She is currently Associate Conductor of the National Youth Orchestra, making her debut at the 大象传媒 Proms in 2024. She has worked with a range of top ensembles including City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, London Mozart Players and the Philharmonia Orchestra.
