Robson is joined for a family boys鈥� weekend by his nephew Daymon, brother David and his uncle Matheson. The foursome clamber into a camper van and head south to County Durham. The first stop sees them don wetsuits to have a go at white water tubing in an extremely cold river.
Feeling refreshed and revitalised, the group head to their digs for a sit down and a chat around the fire as night falls. On day two of their 48-hour retreat, Robson, Daymon, David and Matheson are treated to an outdoor blacksmithing class before walking into the woods to work on staying in the moment and relaxing.
