Georgia Mann live from Maida Vale with the best in classical music, with familiar favourites alongside new discoveries and musical surprises, featuring live performances from 大象传媒 New Generation Artists past and present to celebrate 25 years of the scheme.

Founded in 1999, the 大象传媒 New Generation Artists scheme supports some of the world鈥檚 most exciting young instrumentalists, ensembles and singers at the start of their international careers, through performance and broadcast opportunities on Radio 3. Now numbering well over 150, the list of alumni features many of the biggest names in classical music and jazz, including Paul Lewis (piano), Alina Ibragimova (violin), the Ebene and Pavel Haas Quartets, Misha Mullov-Abbado (jazz bass), Alison Balsom (trumpet), Masabane Cecilia Rangwanasha (soprano), Mahan Esfahani (harpsichord), Anastasia Kobekina (cello) and many more.

In this special day of programming Radio 3 celebrates 25 years of superlative music-making with live and specially recorded performances from NGAs former and current.
